・当店の和菓子道具やクッキー型はすべて3Dプリンター(PLA製品)で作成しています。既製品ではありませんので、サイズや質感、形状など、完璧を求められる方はご購入をご遠慮いただければと思います。
・３Dプリンタ製品のため、素材の積層や糸状のプラスチック片が付着することがあります。ご使用前にはよく洗浄して下さい。
・耐熱温度は50℃前後です。煮沸消毒・食洗器乾燥機・オーブン・レンジはご使用いただけません。また、消毒には以下のような商品を推奨しております。

・製品の色は変わる可能性があります。
・破損の恐れがありますので、冷凍生地、具入り生地などの型抜きはお控えください。
・型抜き時の破損に関しては返品できません。
・返品交換はしておりません。サイズ等を必ずご確認の上ご購入下さい。
・ご注文決済後3日～10日で発送させていただきます。大量注文の場合やお急ぎの方はご注文前にお問い合わせください。状況を確認の上、最善の努力をさせていただきます。
・発送方法は基本的にクリックポストとなります。時間・日時指定は出来かねます。
・海外発送については、基本的にEMS(追跡あり)となります。

・We will ship within 3 to 14 days after your order is settled. If you have a large order or are in a hurry, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to confirm the situation.
・The shipping method is basically EMS(with tracking).
